We offer 60-minute highly focused functional fitness barre classes. The instructors will move you through strengthening and stretching poses to their customized playlist. Barre sessions have elements of ballet, pilates, and yoga that will enhance your mind-body connection. Two to three barre classes a week result in long lean muscles and postural health. Classes consist of a series of full and small range movements, isometric holds and deep stretches. We supply all necessary props. Most clients prefer to practice barefoot or with sticky barre socks. Yoga-like attire made for comfort and movement is recommended.
